Burano is a photographer's ideal place to photograph - filled with houses painted with primary colors which are reflected in the canals running through the town. Here a man (dressed in blue shirt and green pants) strolls through the town. Notice that he is framed by the unpainted part of the building in front of him. The colors that he is wearing parallels the colors of the homes along the canal.
This image won an award in a Chicago photo competition.
